Digital Marketing Exclusivity Packages for the North Fork

We at The Web Parlor are excited to inform you that we will be offering Digital Marketing Exclusivity packages to our customers. What exactly does that mean?

The Dilemma

For example there are several pizza shops on the North Fork. Imagine for a moment that Lenny’s Pizza in Jamesport wants to hire me to make sure when someone searches for “Pizza on the North Fork” they are the number one pizzeria that shows up. Great I’d be happy to help with that.

Now hold on… What if a few months down the line Sergio’s Pizza of Riverhead calls me and says hey “When someone on the east end googles ‘pizza’ I want to rank higher than anyone”. At this point I might have a conflict of interest. I cant help two pizzerias rank #1 in the same area.

The Solution

For this reason I will be providing Marketing Non-Compete packages to clients according to the region they want to dominate and the industry they are in. In the above scenario before taking Sergios Pizza as a marketing client I would reach out to Lenny’s and ask if they want to enter in to an exclusive relationship (I would not let them know which competing pizzeria was interested in my services).

Packages would be payed monthly and could include such things as advanced SEO, e-mail marketing, social media posts and much more. Most importantly I would agree not to provide these services for Sergio’s Pizza and we can define exactly what scope the Non-Compete would prevent me from taking business from any competitor of Lenny’s.
